What you’ll do

  • Onboard and support studios as they adopt Minist

  • Build playbooks that scale success across our customer base

  • Be the voice of the customer inside the company

  • Track adoption, retention, and satisfaction closely

Who you are

  • Experience in customer success or account management

  • Comfort working with both creative and technical teams

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
